I want this site to be the “one stop” for information about cruise travel for anyone with any dietary restrictions.
The centrepiece of the site is the free online guide which walks you through all you need to know about cruising with a special diet.
You’ll see that the guide doesn’t delve deeply into any particular diet (gluten-free, vegan, etc.) or any particular cruise line, because you’ll find that all special diets are all handled mostly the same way everywhere. Having said that, you may find the odd article on the blog that talks about a more particular experience.
You’re more than welcome to link to this site (in fact, I’d greatly encourage it!), but please don’t reproduce large amounts of material you find here elsewhere.

Having been frustrated traveling with multiple food intolerances, I was as surprised as anyone to find that a cruise vacation could actually meet my special needs. But making it work is far from obvious, and there’s not a lot of info out there about how to do it. Even frequent cruisers aren’t really aware.
I’m not at all affiliated with the travel industry. I created this site in hopes of helping other people with special diets find a great vacation, and saving them a lot of frustration in the process.
